Because our equipment is sourced and handled based on individual project requirements, we maintain a clear policy regarding returns and exchanges to ensure the stability of our pricing and service.

1. Equipment Sales Policy

Please note that all sales are final once the equipment has been purchased and delivered. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges after delivery due to the following industry factors:

• Market Volatility: Solar component pricing fluctuates frequently based on global market trends.
• Custom Procurement: Many items are ordered specifically to meet a customer’s unique technical requirements.
• Inventory Management: Rapid shifts in demand and technology cycles make restocking certain items unfeasible.
• Logistical Sensitivity: Solar equipment is sensitive to technical handling and environmental factors during transit.

2. Solar Inverter Policy

Inverters are complex electronic devices that require precise installation. To maintain the integrity of our stock and ensure safety, the following rules apply:

• Seal Integrity: Once an inverter box is opened or the factory seal is broken, it is no longer eligible for return.
• Installation Risks: We cannot accept returns on inverters that have been mounted or connected to a power source, as internal components can be affected by improper wiring or electrical surges.
• Warranty Claims: If an inverter develops a technical fault after installation, it will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty terms rather than our standard return policy.

3. Solar Panel Handling Notice

Solar panels are industrial-grade equipment. Once they leave our warehouse, they undergo a rigorous loading and unloading process.

• Minor cosmetic marks or slight surface scratches may occur during standard transport and handling.
• These markings do not affect the power output or the physical integrity of the panels.
• Due to these inherent handling characteristics, solar panels cannot be returned or exchanged once dispatched.

4. Pre-Delivery Refund Requests

If you have made a payment but wish to cancel your order before it has been delivered, a refund may be possible.

• Refund approvals are at the sole discretion of Vertex Solar Solution.
• Refunds may be subject to administrative fees, procurement costs, or specific deductions based on the status of your order at the time of the request.
